Job Description
As a Customer Support for Healthcare Account, you will be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients, delivering exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
