Role and Responsibilities
- Role is in our Customer Operations team handling inbound calls into support.
- Following procedure, rules, in requesting, accessing information and resolving issues.
Skills, Attributes, Experience
- Able to follow processes and attention to detail.
- Team player. Able to work effectively with others. Demonstrates leadership qualities.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Experience in conducting phone support.
- Experience handling sensitive information such as personal details.
- Good/Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Able to work from home. Quiet surroundings required and computer / fast internet line.
- Online real estate industry or e-commerce experience preferable.
- Fast learner. Training will be provided.
- Management experience.
- A can-do attitude and supportive of others.
- Responsible, trustworthy and reliable.
- Friendly demeanour.
- UK hours (9am - 6pm, GMT + 1)
- Available for start in next few weeks.
