Customer Support Associate

We are currently hiring fresh graduates and non-experienced candidates for our FACT (Freshers Academy and Career Trajectory) Program. The aim of this program is to provide professional training to its enrollees and set them up for success as they kick-start a career in the BPO industry. Successful candidates will be undergoing a paid 3-month training that will cover the following topics:

• Basic Customer Service

• Soft Skills Development

• Corporate Communication Skills Calibration

• Personality Development and Cultural Fitment

After the training, successful graduates may then re-apply for any job vacancies within HCLTech (including the Back-office CSR role) having the 3 months worth of experience brought about by being part of the FACT program. This will increase your chances of being internally selected.

• Compensation Package: Php 20,000.00 with 20,000 bonus after successful training completion!

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Setup: 100% On-site

• Training Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, actual schedule might be shifting

• Company Location: Towers 3 and 4, Science Hub, McKinley Hills, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
