Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Insurance Support Specialist to support insurance and healthcare-related operations by assisting customers, claimants, providers, and insurance carriers. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating services, conducting assessments, gathering and reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality and compliance throughout the claims and policy administration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from claimants, providers, and insurance carriers via phone and email.
• Provide policy, claims, and service information while resolving customer concerns.
• Gather, review, and document information to support claims, underwriting, and policy processing.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate services with relevant stakeholders.
• Update records, maintain accurate documentation, and process transactions across multiple systems.
• Perform quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with service and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO experience preferably in a healthcare account
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Skyrise Bldg. 4, Cebu City
