Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Night Shift (between 8 PM - 5 AM or 12 AM to 9 AM)
Job Responsibilities
- Intake end-to-end Processor.
- Onboarding and renewal factory intake to Ethical Sourcing program.
- Process through Corrective Action Plan, as needed.
- Business Operations Support:
- Factory record updates, and task re-assignment.
- User account support (creation, modification, deletion)
- Basic troubleshooting to resolve user or platform issues.
- User Acceptance Testing
- Ad hoc tasks and special projects.
- Will be dealing with the clients and customers via email, chat, and minimal calls.
- Role is similar to Know Your Customer (KYC) with some technology components.
Job Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or any related discipline together with equivalent working experience.
- With at least 1 - 2 years of experience relevant to Customer Support.
- A background in Software Testing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Possesses research and navigation skills.
- Displays strong analytical skills.
- Has email management/support experience.
- Has a strong customer service experience.
- Knowledgeable in reports management
- Knowledgeable in Freshdesk, Jira or any equivalent ticketing systems.
- Has advanced computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and to liaise with other departments.
- Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Offices, Outlook, MS Teams, Excel (Intermediate), PPT, and Google Suite.
- Willing to work on night shift schedule between 8pm-5am /12am-9am (Opening and Closing shift)
Good to Have Skills:
- SAP, Ariba or any vendor management tool experience is an advantage.
- SQL or any database management system experience is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar position
- Compliance qualification is an advantage.
