Job Description

The Role

This is not a typical call center position. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You'll handle inquiries, support orders, and follow up on warm leads all while helping convert interest into confirmed sales.

You'll work closely with the founder and operations team in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where customer experience and sales go hand in hand.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  • Assist with product questions, order updates, and delivery concerns
  • Resolve issues with ownership and professionalism—no scripted responses
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions

Sales Support

  • Follow up on warm leads, website inquiries, and abandoned carts within 24 hours
  • Convert interested prospects into confirmed orders through consultative communication
  • Re-engage past customers for repeat business and referrals
  • Track and report lead activity and conversion performance weekly

Coordination & Admin

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations on order fulfillment and delivery updates
  • Proactively communicate delays or shipping updates to customers
  • Maintain clean CRM records and communication logs
  • Support general customer-facing administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have

  • 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent English communication (neutral to American accent preferred)
  • Experience supporting US-based customers via phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar is a plus)
  • Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
  • Availability to work US business hours (EST/PST)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, furniture, home décor, or luxury goods
  • Background in sales or lead follow-up
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Experience working with US founders or small businesses
