About the Role
We are hiring Tagalog Customer Success Specialists to support a global smart devices client. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, issue resolution, and general product support in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
- Perform basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting related to smart devices and applications
- Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery
Working Hours
- Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
- Operating hours: 9:00 AM 9:30 PM
- 9 hours per day (including 1-hour meal break)
- 5 working days per week

Requirements
- Native or fluent Tagalog (mandatory)
- English proficiency (conversational to business level)
- English proficiency for internal communication
- Minimum Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a shift-based, fast-paced environment
