The company is located in Diliman, Quezon City.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist . The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, performing analytical tasks to improve customer experience, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer satisfaction, support, and service skills
  • Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and healthcare IT systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field is preferred
