Your Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how families engage with our learning community. You will provide outstanding support, guide junior team members, and collaborate across departments to continuously improve our customer success processes. Your insight and leadership will directly contribute to family satisfaction and student success.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the customer journey: manage onboarding, engagement, and retention to ensure families feel fully supported and valued from day one.
  • Support with precision: respond to parent inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalismalways in perfect English.
  • Handle complex issues: serve as an escalation point for challenging situations, resolving them with care and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide: provide coaching and feedback to junior support staff, raising the overall quality of service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify trends, suggest solutions, and collaborate internally to refine systems and enhance the customer experience.
