Qualifications & Requirements:

25 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, customer success support, or project coordination.
Experience in BPO, Shared Services, IT, Engineering, or Staffing industries is a plus.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
Microsoft PowerPoint
Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, automation)
Word/Google Docs
CRM or CS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, Asana, or similar)
Ability to create data-driven presentations and automated trackers.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Agile, proactive, and able to manage high volumes of tasks.
Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
