Our client is a fast-growing E-commerce brand in the Philippines, and this role is the front-of-house representative handling customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries with speed, accuracy, and warmth. The Customer Success Representative owns the day-to-day customer experience from order to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (chat, phone, social, web) in a friendly and professional way.
- Manage web orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Book and coordinate deliveries with couriers (e.g., Lalamove), ensuring pins and addresses are correct.
- Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to track orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, updating them proactively on order status and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Experience in high-service environments such as cafs, hospitality, retail counters, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Naturally service-oriented, bubbly, and professional; comfortable talking to customers all day.
- Sharp attention to detail, especially with orders, addresses, and timing.
- Strong English comprehension and the ability to communicate clearly with foreign clients.
- Able to work onsite full-time in Pasig City and handle urgency and multiple tasks at once.
Nice to have:Experience with online orders, chats, or delivery platforms, and previous fast-paced customer service or hospitality experience.
