Your Role

As a Customer Success Renewals Support Analyst, you will:

Position Summary

The Customer Success Renewals Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the company's software contract renewal process.

This role is critical to driving retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers as they continue their journey with us. You will focus on maintaining an accurate portfolio of renewal contracts, with emphasis on proactive coordination with the Customer Success, Sales and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Finance to align on renewal strategies and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes, manage contract amendments, and track renewal status.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and renewal tracking systems.
  • Forecast renewal revenue and contribute to retention reporting.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline renewals.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to customer lifecycle and retention.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and subscription management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.
