As a Customer Success – Multimedia Associate, you will support the creation, maintenance, and organization of multimedia and enablement assets used by Customer Success teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works closely with Multimedia Specialists, Learning & Design Specialists, Customer Success Enablement Mangers, and other cross-functional partners.
You will help produce videos and images, update training documentation, maintain media assets to current branding standards, support administrative and data entry tasks, and assist with the creation of custom materials. You will also work with tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-assisted platforms to help generate, update, and refine content and assets efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of multimedia content, including short training videos, screen recordings, basic website updates, and other visual assets
- Assist Multimedia Specialists with video production tasks such as editing, formatting, captioning, and asset organization
- Update and maintain training documents, guides, and enablement materials
- Ensure media assets follow the latest branding standards
- Create and update images and graphics
- Support custom materials for Customer Success initiatives
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks
- Organize and maintain multimedia libraries
- Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback
- Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist with content creation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Experience supporting content creation or multimedia projects
- Familiarity with basic video editing or image creation tools
- Comfort working with documentation and templates
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience working cross-functionally is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow branding standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
