Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CX Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our wholesale partners. As a CX Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their business outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a dedicated point of contact for our wholesale partners, driving growth, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with wholesale partners within pod, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of partners campaigns, strategies, and challenges, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations to ensure the successful execution of their campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end process of each campaign from launch up to completion, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of services and support to wholesale partners.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and expand the partnership with wholesale partners.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on account activities, sales forecasts, and partner satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in a wholesale management or partner management role.
- Experience in the lead generation industry and digital marketing is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong comprehension skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and industry-specific knowledge.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse teams and adapt to changing dynamics.
- Possesses a can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Avoids a 9-5 mindset, demonstrating flexibility in working hours and availability to accommodate partner needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
