About Partipost:

We help brands launch effective influencer campaigns with data-driven insights, automation, and a highly engaged creator community.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager at Partipost, you will be the key liaison between our brand partners and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence and drive measurable results. You'll manage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding and campaign planning to execution and reporting while identifying opportunities to grow and retain client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brand clients across industries, owning client relationships and ensuring campaign success and satisfaction
  • Lead client onboarding and translate business objectives into clear, effective influencer campaign strategies
  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from planning and setup through launch, optimisation, and closure
  • Work closely with campaign, creative, and influencer teams to deliver campaigns on time, within scope, and to agreed KPIs
  • Proactively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, driving progress, resolving issues, and closing campaigns successfully
  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and post-campaign analysis to clients
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to grow and retain accounts
  • Act as the client's advocate internally, representing client needs to improve platform capabilities and campaign delivery
  • Apply strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to optimise campaign outcomes
  • Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform developments, and the competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in account management, client services, or campaign execution (preferably in marketing, digital media, or influencer space)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
