Educational Background

Experience
At least 35 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or sales
Proven experience in managing client accounts, driving customer retention and satisfaction, and upselling or cross-selling solutions
(Advantage) Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or tech-related industries
