Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the entire process of customer support for SaaS products, including assisting in system integration guidance, responding to daily consultation questions, and organizing customer needs, providing basic product usage support to customers.

2. Learn and understand the product functions and features, under guidance, combine the specific business scenarios of customers, provide basic consulting services, and assist in guiding customers to explore and use more product functions.

3. Assist in identifying, collecting and analyzing customer needs, and organize and provide preliminary feedback as required. Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to support product optimization, testing and iterative processes.

4. Assist in preparing and executing customer product demonstrations and training materials, participate in maintaining the update of local knowledge bases, FAQs and user manuals.

5. Assist in handling daily billing and arranging other internal projects or matters.Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate smoothly in work.

2. Have good customer insight and service awareness, be down-to-earth and meticulous, have clear logical thinking, and possess good learning ability.

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and owner mentality, be able to actively follow the tasks assigned, have excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, and strong execution ability.

4. Have strong self-motivation, be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and possess resilience and a fighting spirit

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Proficient in basic data analysis tools, such as advanced functions in Excel, basic SQL queries, and the use of common BI visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

2. Those with experience in AI Agents, vibe coding, automation tools usage, and project experience are preferred.
