Role: SMB Customer Success & Implementation Manager (AI-Based Onboarding & Training Platform for Sales Teams)

We put the success of our customers and people first, delivering that through innovative AI technologies and engaging, cutting-edge software. Our platform leverages state-of-the-art AI to personalize training based on the unique characteristics of each user, helping high-growth SaaS companies transform their sales performance. This role will be a founding member of our Customer Success & Implementation Team. Must be able to work US Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Customers create high quality training content with our platform

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in a Sales or CS role
  • Basic understanding of sales operations, sales training, and best practices
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes
  • Experience with sales enablement, training, or onboarding tools is a strong plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and end users alike
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach to customer challenges
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze usage metrics and translate insights into action plans
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-touch relationships
  • Comfortable learning and explaining AI-powered technologies to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), customer success platforms, and Project management/tracking tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently without constant oversight
  • Genuine passion for customer success and helping others achieve their goals
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly
  • Collaborative team player who thrives on cross-functional partnerships
