About The Role
The Proposal Manager (Consultant) is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to proposal submissions, Statements of Work (SOWs), and bid responses for ServiceNow consulting, advisory, and implementation services.
This role reports to Senior Proposal Manager and supports the broader presales function by working closely with Client Director, Sales, and Practice teams across the Asia Pacific region.
The position is based in Philippines, dayshift, & work-from-home role with a planned start date in January or earlier.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle from templates to submission ensuring alignment with client instructions, brand standards, and internal compliance.
- Support Client Directors and Practice teams by managing proposal requests, coordinating inputs, and drafting SOWs.
- Develop compelling, compliant proposals that address client needs while meeting Fujitsu brand and governance requirements.
- Oversee Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) code management, ensuring proper documentation for new and existing opportunities.
- Drive process improvements, including the establishment of new tools and streamlined proposal workflows.
- Support the presales team in improving efficiency and proposal win rates through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Within six months, demonstrate strong command of the proposal process, focusing on:
- Responsiveness to client needs
- Compliance with client and Fujitsu requirements
- Timeliness of submissions
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across the APAC region to deliver high-quality responses.
- Knowledge sharing within the presales team.
Requirements And Experience
Must Have:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Proposal Manager or similar role supporting Sales/Presales functions.
- Proven experience working directly with Client Directors, Sales Engineers, and Presales teams.
- Hands-on experience working with Preales team in developing proposals for ServiceNow or workflow automation tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent proposals and deadlines.
Nice To Have:
- Background or familiarity with AI tools (Fujitsu will introduce internal AI-driven solutions).
- Marketing, Project Management, or People Leadership experience.
- Prior exposure to ServiceNow consulting or technology-driven service environments.
Education & Certifications
Must Have:
- College degree (any discipline).
Nice To Have:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing or related field.
- APMP Certification, equivalent Bid/Proposal Management, or Project Management accreditation.
- ServiceNow certification(s) (Sales or Presales).
