Customer Success Associate (Voice) Remote

Remoat Teams is building its customer success team. We're looking for people with clear spoken English.

What you'll do

- Talk with people on calls and video calls: applicants, contractors and the people we work with

- Help them through each step, answer questions and fix simple problems

- Listen carefully and write clear notes after every call

- Review call audio and transcripts for accuracy when calls are quiet

What we're looking for

- Senior high school graduate or higher. SHS graduates and fresh graduates are welcome.

- Clear spoken English (around B2, upper-intermediate)

- Calm and kind, even when the caller isn't

- BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

- A computer, stable internet, a headset and a quiet place to work

Setup

- Remote. Work from home.

- Contract role. Schedule and pay are shared at the first call.
