Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Cebu. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to calls and emails, assisting with troubleshooting, updating customer records, and escalating complex issues as needed while maintaining a professional and customer-oriented communication style.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle customer concerns
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Basic computer and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage
