Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Telemarketer. This position involves project management and phone handling, where you will make calls to potential clients, contact existing clients for invoice follow-up, and perform data entry.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and keen on details
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Has experience in taking calls, either outbound or inbound
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowing the interpreting or translation industry is a PLUS
