Job Description

A global provider of business communications, commercial printing, and digital solutions, helping organizations manage and optimize their content across print and digital channels is currently seeking a Team Leader to strengthen their team in Mandaluyong!

Job Overview

Supervises team operations by managing workflow, monitoring performance against KPIs, and providing coaching and support to drive productivity and service quality. Serves as the main liaison between clients and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising the duties of Associates, including, but not limited to monitoring workflow management and overall team performance to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
  • Attends to all issues that impact service, the team's work environment and department strategies.
  • Provides necessary mentoring and coaching needed to drive high performance.
  • Act as a vital link between the client and the operations team. Participate in client calls, interact with clients frequently and communicate feedback to the operations team.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in controlling cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment.

Required Qualification / Experience

  • Graduate in any Degree in College
  • Strong five (5) years of experience handling US retirement line of business as a supervisor
  • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, KPI management (CSAT, AHT), and communication skills.
