We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Team Leader to guide and support our customer service team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and motivating the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Lead a small team to handle customer inquiries, order issues, and after-sales support.
- Assist the supervisor with team management and training.
- Deliver training sessions and encourage continuous skill development.
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and processes.
- Experience in BPO or call center customer service.
- Good English communication skills.
- E-commerce, hardware, or software support experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
