Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Team Leader to guide and support our customer service team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and motivating the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

  • Lead a small team to handle customer inquiries, order issues, and after-sales support.
  • Assist the supervisor with team management and training.
  • Deliver training sessions and encourage continuous skill development.
  • Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and processes.
  • Experience in BPO or call center customer service.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • E-commerce, hardware, or software support experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
