Position Overview
Incoming Payfiles
- Basic knowledge of computing customers pre-tax and post-tax deductions included in the incoming payfile.
- Sort and load incoming payfiles received from Payroll into the system.
- Update the Weekly Pay Run and Daily Summary spreadsheets in a timely manner.
- Reconcile amounts loaded in iBas against deposits made to the client holding account.
- Verify errors and resolve issues for packages under the holding pool.
Outgoing Payfiles
- Generate payfile reports in the system.
- Manage files sent to Payroll, including outgoing payfiles, amendment files, and termination files.
- Compute customers pre-tax and post-tax deductions included in the outgoing payfile reports.
- Send outgoing reports to Payroll using the appropriate templates.
- Communicate with the Customer Service team and Payroll regarding outgoing payfiles, amendments, and termination files.
Archiving
- Archive all required customer claims and correspondence on a daily basis.
- Archive documents and supporting substantiation in accordance with package design requirements.
- Archive email correspondence between the Melbourne and Manila teams.
