Qualifications
Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Amenable with shifting schedule
Willing to be assigned in Marcos Highway, Antipolo
Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, coach, and develop team members to ensure optimal performance
Address customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process (pickup to drop-off) to ensure service standards are met
Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and customer feedback
Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance service quality
Perform other tasks as assigned
