Required technical skills/experience.
- Must be proficient in HubSpot CRM for accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting tasks.
- Needs the ability to quickly learn and utilize internal systems for tracking, invoicing, and user registration.
- Should be able to gather, tie together, and summarize data from multiple sources for reporting and insight generation.
- Capable of using online tools like ZoomInfo, and Google to identify and enrich CRM contact records.
Required soft skills/experience
- Must possess strong communication skills to ensure timely and proper client support responses, resolution tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Requires a meticulous approach to ensure invoicing accuracy and proper tagging in all tracking and CRM systems.
- Needs excellent organizational and follow-up skills for managing collections and tracking renewal deals.
- Must demonstrate the ability to take effective notes during external meetings and translate key points into systematic follow-up actions.
