Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calamba for a Customer Service Specialist- Sales. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and fostering positive customer relationships, Promote & sell products to existing customers & prospects. Establish, develop, & maintain positive customer relationship.Develop new customer in the assigned region/territory. Ensure regular communication with customers that may include providing, offering solution to customer problems & issues. Acquiring market update & overview from customers.

You will engage with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses to support customer needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales transactions and provide support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Strong abilities in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including Phone Etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience in a sales-related customer service role is an advantage
  • Ability to work proficiently in an on-site team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
