Qualifications:
- Must be a Call Center Agents and Customer Service Representative with 6 mons. - 1 year Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
- Bachelor Degree Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
