Role Description

This is an on-site, temporary role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Makati. The role involves assisting customers through high-quality support, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing inquiries via phone or other communication channels. Daily responsibilities include managing and resolving customer concerns, maintaining a professional demeanor, and enhancing overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience and successfully resolving customer issues
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent; higher education is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on-site in Makati for the duration of the role
