The Team Manager is responsible for the daily operation and management of the team in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency as well as directing, planning, executing and providing oversight to project staff and ensuring progress toward project goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitates communication between various team members and key stakeholders
- Manages priorities on a daily and weekly basis
- Communicate any issues or roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders
- Escalations handling
- Assess and improve current processes
- Manage, both administratively and operationally, a group of approximately 15+ employees including:
- Evaluate performance and develop the team through regular coaching
- Organizing and leading meetings with the team members.
- Overseeing the recruitment of new demands, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Delegating work to Team Leads and managing their workload and output
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle disciplinary proceedings with the collaboration of HR
- Organize team efforts to maximize results
- Adaptability to flexible work schedule requests
- SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (90% or greater required)
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), web-based tools and Windows
- Possess excellent coaching abilities and be able to provide guidance/feedback effectively.
- Ability to manage conflict and deescalate a situation
- Possess a team player mentality in order to achieve collective goals
- Has excellent communication skills and is able to obtain buy-in from individuals
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to excel and deliver high standards of performance for the business
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
- A self-starter and solution-based individual

- Able to work a consistent schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday & Night Shift Schedule
- Willing to work onsite in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
