Overview:

  • Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues
  • Address required training needs for filling knowledge gaps
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • Graduates of any degree, undergrads are also encouraged to apply with compensatory BPO experience
  • 35 years of relevant Sales experience with at least 1 year experience in BPO environment
  • Telecom industry experience
  • Experience in Telecom Sales
  • With no issues and concerns reporting onsite 100% in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Candidates who live near our offices will have better advantages
  • With no issues and concerns working on night shifts, shifting schedules and split offs as necessary, working on holidays and weekends

Skill set

  • Strong voice communication capabilities, both verbal and written, ability to understand customer's needs and accurately verify their information
  • Selling skill is a must
  • PC proficient, comfortable, and familiar with using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook) and ability to quickly get up to speed on other screens/systems
  • Attention to detail, listening skills
  • Strong customer orientation skills
  • Clear written & oral communication/customer service skills with external as well as internal customers
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues arising during delivery of the service

Process-specific tasks

  • Meeting quarterly Retention Target
  • Daily outbound customer call and customer contacts targets should be met
  • Retention of existing business
  • Pass additional service request to CS Team based on case to case
  • Account Management in regards of customer account revenue growth and goal of zero customer escalations
