Hiring Event Details
Schedule : Weekdays from 10AM to 10PM until the end of September 2026
Walk-in Location : 1800, Eastwood Ave. Building
Job Details
Work mode: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Work Location: 1800, Eastwood
Target Start Dates: September 28 and October 12
Blended Customer Support
- Assist customers through phone, chat, and email based on business need.
- Understand the customer's concern, provide accurate information, and guide them toward resolution.
- Maintain a clear, professional, and customer-focused experience across channels.
Account & Transaction Support
- Review available account or transaction information before responding to customer concerns.
- Support common account, service, payment, or transaction-related inquiries within established procedures.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved concerns using the appropriate process.
Documentation & Follow-Through
- Document customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes accurately.
- Complete required follow-ups and update account or case statuses.
- Follow quality, security, process, and documentation standards.
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of blended experince in voice, non-voice support channels
