Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for our collections campaign!

Responsibilities

• in-charge of Collections
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• College Graduate with Accounting Background (minimal accounting related courses. e.g. pursued Business, Computer/MIS courses etc.)

Prior experience in:

• 1 yr collections experience
• Customer interaction & query resolution (4 to 5 years)
• Preferred with Excellent verbal and written communication skills in AR Collections
• Good voice and accent skills
• ERP platform – Salesforce preferred
• Good knowledge of excel
