Atain is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals with GDS experience to join our growing team in Alabang. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services

• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan)

• High School Graduates with at least 1 year of call center experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
