We're looking for a fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent customer service to our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with warranty processing and product concerns.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• At least a year of experience as technical support.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center.
• Experience with Zendesk (1+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A friendly, personable, and energetic demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work EST hours (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
• Knowledge of vaporizer brands and models is a plus but not required.
