Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and internal team members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email.
About The Job
Key Duties:
- Handle live chat, phone, and email support.
- Test/replicate scenarios or issues in demo before raising a ticket to the Dev team.
- Resolve customer requests, questions, and/or complaints through various communication channels.
- Provide assistance and support to internal team members as directed by management.
- Deliver customer support for clients via remote access or Zoom.
- Identify and document business requirements and processes.
- Follow protocol and standard operating procedures when resolving issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to suggest possible courses of action and achieve resolutions.
- Data management, including cleansing lists of properties, tenants, and leases provided by target agencies.
- Prepare data for Direct Debit Import, covering notifications, changeovers, management takeovers, and payment data.
- Import and cleanse Direct Debit data
- Create SOP/canned responses to scale support inquiries for new team members/clients.
- Develop knowledge-based articles for frequently asked questions.
Essential Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Preferred experience in customer service or chat support.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail).
- Demonstrated integrity and honesty in work.
