Customer Service Representative (Voice) – Telco Account

Remoat Teams is hiring for a BPO account, on-site at SM Cyberwest, EDSA cor. West Ave., Quezon City. You'll join the team supporting a telecommunications account.

What you'll do

• Answer calls from customers of a telecom company
• Help with billing, plans and service concerns
• Keep clear and accurate notes for every call

What we're looking for

• At least a high school (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate
• Previous BPO experience required
• Telco account experience is a plus
• Must have one valid ID: passport, postal ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS card or PRC license
