Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative/Client Services Agent specializing in financial investments, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both advisors and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support for financial investment accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to enhance overall satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and financial advisors regarding investment accounts, transactions, and related services.
  • Assess customers needs and requests through effective information gathering, research, and problem-solving, following standard processes.
  • Provide accurate information on investment products, account balances, and performance reports.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with higher-level support teams to address out-of-scope concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer service efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Open to High School/Senior High School graduate and College undergraduate
  • Amenable to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig on a graveyard shift

Career Experience

  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in handling financial accounts in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), contact centers, or similar industries
  • Preferably with experience in Wealth and Asset Management, including managing stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.

Other Expectations

  • Schedule Adherence: Complies with assigned shift schedules (including start time, end time, and breaks/lunch), rest day schedules, and leave filing policies outlined by the engagement or company.
  • Quality Compliance: Adheres to all quality standards in accordance with engagement and company policies; ensures prompt correction of any quality deficiencies related to assigned functions.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Attends all required engagement- and company-related meetings; acts as a backup for teammates and assists in managing transaction queues during periods of absenteeism.
