Customer Service Representative (Voice, Advanced English) – International Account

Remoat Teams is hiring for a BPO account, on-site at UP-Ayala Land TechnoHub, Diliman, Quezon City. You'll join the team supporting an international consumer account that needs advanced English.

What you'll do

• Answer calls from international customers
• Help with questions, account concerns and billing
• Keep clear and accurate notes for every call

What we're looking for

• Senior high school or high school graduate
• At least 6 months of international BPO experience
• Advanced spoken English (around C1)

• On-site at UP-Ayala Land TechnoHub, Diliman, Quezon City
