Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with service appointments, vehicle concerns, parts inquiries, and product information
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, service timelines, warranties, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
  • Support administrative tasks and documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required
  • Call centre or phone support experience is essential
  • Business proficient level English communication skills required

Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date: February 2026
  • Employment Type: Full-time Employee
  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
  • Location: 133 Quezon Ave, District 1, Quezon City, Philippines
