As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers through voice interactions. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
You will also assist clients dealing with property loss due to natural disasters (e.g., storms, floods, earthquakes), handling sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Assist clients experiencing property loss due to natural disasters
- Handle emotionally sensitive situations with care and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
- Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Undergraduates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Minimum 6 months of customer care voice experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent
- Strong multitasking abilities and efficient call handling
- Good analytical and cognitive skills
- Proficient in computer typing while engaging in phone conversations
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or emotionally sensitive situations
