Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel-related inquiries. You will handle concerns involving flight bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel support while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, travel policies, and promotions
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system
  • Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics

Work Schedule & Training:

  • Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Full paid travel account and customer service training provided
  • What to expect:
  • Fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Exposure to international travel and airline systems

Requirements:

  • High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
