  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the travel industry.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel itineraries, bookings, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: atleast 6 months of bpo experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, GDS experience is a plus
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
