Qualifications

  • Senior High school graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries
  • Provide accurate information on travel policies, schedules, and services
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
