Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls related to billing, orders, product concerns, and general inquiries
• Make outbound calls for order confirmation, stock updates, and follow-ups
• Provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, live chat, and Amazon messages
• Maintain professionalism and build strong customer relationships in every interaction
• Update and manage customer information in the database during and after each interaction
• Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies through coordination with management

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of customer service experience (BPO or e-commerce preferred)
• Experience in e-commerce or retail accounts, particularly handling electronic products, is an advantage
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle multiple channels (calls, chat, email) efficiently
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
