Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Baguio City. Responsibilities include assisting customers through various channels, resolving inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The representative will collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and continuously improve the customer experience within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with improving Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
