FINANCIAL ACCOUNT (Customer Service Specialist)

Salary Package : 35k + 15% night differential

Qualifications:

-3+ years of FINANCIAL contact center or client service experience supporting U.S. clients

-Strong knowledge of U.S. banking products and services

-Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills

-Experience with CRM and call-handling systems

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, compliance-driven environment

-Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple systems

-Willingness to work on-site with flexible shifts.

(Canadian account - Voice)

Salary Package : 23,170 + 15% night differential

Qualifications:

-6 months International Voice account experience(-)

-6 mos financial / processing payment of a customer through credit card & debit experience / ------Collections/ Fraud Account Experience

-College Graduate/High School Graduate

-Good English Communication skills

-willing to start on AUGUST and September
