Job Description

Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Telco Technical Support, you will assist customers with their telecommunications and technical concerns through voice support. You will be responsible for identifying customer issues, providing accurate information, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with telecommunications and technical concerns.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and provide step-by-step solutions.
  • Identify and properly document customer issues.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and technical concerns.
  • De-escalate frustrated customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet established performance targets.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 month of BPO experience.
  • Telco experience is preferred, particularly technical support.
  • Comfortable handling a voice-based account.
  • Good English communication skills; B2 level preferred.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City – Eton Centris.
  • High school graduates under the old curriculum may be considered.
  • Candidates with technical support or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Salary Package: Up to PHP 28,000

Night Differential: 20%
