Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Experience in fraud prevention, fraud detection, or telecommunications is a plus
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to suspected fraudulent activities and account security
- Verify customer information and assist with fraud investigations following company procedures
- Review account activity and identify potential fraud indicators
- Educate customers on account security and fraud prevention best practices
- Escalate complex fraud cases to the appropriate team when necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards
